After-sales & Refund Policy
- Return & Refund Terms：Once your order is successfully placed, the transaction is confirmed. Returns and refunds are not available.
- After-sales Service Instructions：A complete full unboxing video is mandatory for any after-sales request, which must start from opening the outer waterproof bag. If the video footage is incomplete and the issue cannot be verified, we will not process your after-sales application.
Please contact customer service within 24 hours upon receipt if any items are missing from your package.
Tracking Information
- Shipping & Shipping Fee Policy：Orders will be dispatched within 7 days after payment.
Free shipping applies to orders with a total of $60 or more. A shipping fee of $15 will be charged for orders under $60. Estimated delivery time is within 3 weeks. - Tracking Number Notification：
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. - Important Reminder for All Customers：We will ship to the shipping address provided on your PayPal account. If you request an address change after checkout, an additional PayPal administrative fee will apply.
